Exchange & Return Policy

At OffTrend, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed. We ensure strict quality checks so you receive exactly what you ordered.

Exchange / Replacement (Eligible Cases)

We will gladly assist you with a replacement or exchange if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • You received a wrong product or design
  • You received a different size than what you ordered

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Before Placing Your Order

To avoid any issues, please:

  • Check the size chart carefully before ordering
  • Review product details and design properly

As all products are made on demand, requests based on size selection or personal preference are generally not eligible for exchange or return.

How to Raise a Request

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share: Order ID, clear photos of the product, and description of the issue

Product Condition (Important)

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proper packaging is required for reverse pickup

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in genuine cases of defective or incorrect products
  • If replacement is not possible, refund will be processed
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange/return requests will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color variation (due to lighting/screen differences)
  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Sale/discounted products (no refunds)

Additional Notes

  • Exchange/return request can be processed once per order
  • Any product used/washed once cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • We reserve the right to decline requests if the product does not meet eligibility criteria

Delivery Note

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
👉 Do not accept it OR record an unboxing video

This helps in faster resolution.
